CA18DET Trans. Bellhousing Needed.

As most you will know, the CA18DET is very limited here in the states. We'd love to make tons of stuff for it, but its hard to obtain anything to do mock up and testing on.

If anyone is willing to ship us a transmission bellhousing off a CA18DET transmission, we will offer them the Z32 transmission kit at cost.

Please let us know if anyone is interested in doing this.

does it need to be functional as i have one which is cracked round three quarter's of the circumfedsence so can't ever be used on a car but would be fine for a template,

Nope does not need to be functional. We just need it to probe it and get the pattern on it and we can build the adapter plate off it.

A Z32 conversion kit for the CA I expect will be most welcome.

There's a fair few boys running CA's on NICO, which may be cheaper than trying to ship one.
I've junked at least 3, finding one in the UK shouldn't be too hard.

Yes we are excited about it. I know CA's are widely used in the S13 chassis in Europe. Our head honcho here toy'ed around with CA's back in the day when he was stationed in Okinawa, Japan

We already got the bellhousing already Thanks! Kit is already made CA to VG Transmission adapter plate
