Well the new sleeves will be much stronger (made from ductile iron) so it wont crack under extreme pressure at the coolant passages like most SR blocks do.

I'm now in the process of getting more power and considering a few options. So i was wondering what price you can give me of an overhauled sr20 s14 block with new internals that can handle 500hp safe and sound.
You source the engine, build it and i need a z32 tranny to handle the power. This will be fitted in my -97 s14a.

Can you give me a rough price so i can compare some prices and find out what i will do

hmmm i thought the sr box would take up to 550bhp ?? i just paid a grand to have mine rebuilt as that think il risk 500 and if it goes it goes lol

From the general theme of things on here mate, not a chance. It'll shit it's guts around 400.

Mazworx, your rod/bearing/piston head packages, do they include the gudgeon pins as well?

Its suggested to run upgraded head studs when going 300-500 and 600+ go 1/2"

Head gasket you should change over but stay away from Cometic stuff. We have Apexi's instock if interested.

Ahhh wrist pins...Yes piston sets come complete with pistons, wrist pins, locks and piston rings.

1460.00 with the our headstuds and Apexi gasket. Which 2871R are you looking for?

cool wat can u do the turbo with the 1460 kit above u mentioned and wats customs like on import duty is there any blags around it that can be used i have had mentioned labelling samples etc in past ??? just a thought
