10 inch sub advice needed
I am planning to fit a 10 inch sub in to my rear quarter panel.... or maybe one in each panel, but not sure what sub would be best and what depth sub i should fit.
Im not wanting to spend hundreds on thesystem, i already have infinity components up front running through a Vibe Black box amp but would like to add a little more bass to the system.
What make/model 10 inch subs would you recommend that would fit with in the rear quarter? Is the JL 10W0 still a good sub?
Thanks
Daniel

Jl Audio sw10 has only been bested by one other 10 inch Sub in about 5-10 years of production. I have the one that beat it. It's a Pheonix Gold unit, can't remember the exat model number off the top of my head. The Jl unit is still very good though and you'd struggle to tell the difference. You may find that you don't have the room in the rear quarters to enclose the subs in a box of sufficient volume and a decent shape.Good luck.

The JL subs want tiny tiny boxes compared to some of the units out there.
I think the 10W3v3 wants something like 5/8cft don't know about the 10w0 though

JL Audio FTW
Tight, fast and drops very low.

As above - JL FTAW. If you can, get a W6V2, or even a W6V1. Awesome, awesome subs. Need some good power to really make them sing, but very musical. The SQ on the V2's really is top class.
