I'v seen sandblasting completely **** shells. Roof panel warped to hell. Soda blasting its much gentler.

I'm only having the underside and the Engine Bay blasted, they are also using some special media to blast it without damaging whats left of the good metal

I Put it on there to see if it suited the Cobalt Blue Paint, Ideas for the colour of the bay

How much was the powder coating on the rocker mate? Looks spot on.

Its not Powdercoated, I got a bodyshop to do it properly

sprayed In WK0 Nissan Pearl White, the paint was £60 just to do the rocker

however i got special discount as im special

Went to see the shell today and wow!

Clean as a whistle under there, I can't believe my car is so clean and shiny underneath now

cant wait to get it back, get it welded up on the inner sills and then start seam sealing and zinc primeing it

Awesome work mate. Its always a good starting point and great to see it so clean for your own piece of mind before you paint it etc.

No I just rarely come on the forum these days. trying to get uni out the way as its more important that douching about with the car

2 months time ill all be done with education and can devote all my time to the car
