well ive kept you waiting long enough so here it is!!

i have booked us 2 club dedicated track slots and a 100 car stand!!

(sadly this year track slots are limited so only two as opposed to the usual three)

to start with you will be restricted to one track slot per person and if nearer the time they still arent full then they will open up to people wanting more than one slot this is solely based on the limited number of slots and the popularity of them

Full Balance is payable by 15th April for both tracktime and tickets
Failure to make payment in time will result in losing your space.

Whats it going to cost me?

Advanced tickets: £9, this includes a subsidy by SXOC
(A saving of £6 over gate prices on the day, a £3 saving over advance ticket sales)

Stand - £0
FOC to SXOC members and their 200SX on purchasing 1 or more entrance tickets
We will hopefully now secure the same stand as last year, still with additional space of the stand the opposite side of the road.
All non-200sx's must be removed from the stand area.
Im sure many of you will bring support vehicles with you, and its nice to have one for tools/spares/food, but these vehicles have no place on the stand and therefore must be parked in the car park instead.
Any SXOC member found to be flouting this rule will be blacklisted from future events.
Anyone with "special needs" eg trailoring the car, bringing 500 burgers + BBQ, please contact me by PM for parking arrangements of your trailor.


Club track time: £20 per session, again subsidised by SXOC
(2 SXOC only club sessions available, with up to 20 cars on track, please note you can only book 1 slot for the first couple of weeks)

unlike previous years there will NOT be several postage options, everyones will go out recorded so that they can be tracked if needs be and to save confusion

postage costs will be £2

**IMPORTANT** Please make sure your address details are up to date in the club database as these will be used to send you ticket/track packs out. Just an addition to this with regards to Track Time.

in previos years some of the clubs track time was sold to people outside of the club membership and also to non SX owners. The aim of these sessions is to have a SXOC only enviorment so that you know who your on track with and have a much better chance of enjoying your runs without some (stereotype) Evo lunatic cutting you up. The track time is also subsidised by the club so by selling the track passes on your passing club subsidy to someone who is not a member.

If you find yourself unable to use your slot then you must contact Ben and we will 'Buy Back' your track time at the price you paid for it. We will hold these on the club stand all day and they will be available to members to purchase again at the set rate. If anyone is on the 'reserve' list going into Japfest I will PM you for your phone number the day or so before the show and ring those first to offer any available track time, otherwise it will be available to the SXOC masses. The only time i wont be available is when I am out on a session myself, aside from that i'll be glued to the BBQ probably

All track time is going to be recorded this year with regards to who is getting track time and they're appropriate numbers (Ie Spesh - Session B, Slot 8). If a car is seen out on track that is not a SX in one of our sessions we will know who has sold on they're club subsidised track time and you will be excluded from future club events. Its unfair that other people may have missed out on a chance to get on track and that club monies is effectivly being passed on outside the club.

UPDATE: in an effort to stop people using the club subsidised tickets for their mates and thus restricting tickets available to others its 3 tickets MAX per person

ABSOLUTELY NO DRIFTING IN OUR TRACK SESSIONS!! ANYONE SEEN DOING SO WILL BE BLACKLISTED FROM FUTURE EVENTS! WEVE GOT A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH JAPFEST AND I DONT WANT THAT OR ANYONE ELSE ON TRACK COMPROMISING!
