There's been lots of searching for bits and hours on eBay.

Been a little while since my last post due to work on other things but its update time.

Cage has now been removed and the interior repainted.
Seat mounts done foe RX-8 seats

I have left the rear bar to strengthen the rear and will mount the rear seat to this. I also need to cut the boot floor to fit the original fuel tank.

Started putting the jigsaw back together today after 6 years its hard to remember where everything goes. May need a few threads on S13 tech.. Oh and put some light weight sound proofing in as well.

Thanks. The sound proofing is called silent coat its 2mm thick you will need 40 sheets to do it. Cost about £80 from eBay. Weight wise about 10kg.

Cant believe its been over a year since my last update, interior all together now with pics to follow. At the moment finished giving the bay a new coat of paint, cleaned up the wiring loom and refitted. Also relocated the ABS pump to make more room for top mount

I don't envy you remembering where all those bolts go!

Great work! Looks so fresh do you have any targets to finish it by?

Thanks petrol, the rear windows were removed with a retractable knife and some steel wire, along the bottom edge of the window the sealant is easier to get too, on the pilar its a lot harder. See if you have a local independent window fitter in your area. Cost me £30 to have them removed.
The plating was done by a local firm called. Electroplate uk. In Beccles Suffolk.

    Top man, thanks

I also have a million nuts and bolts to put back in. I have pics of everything but with a gazillion pics to go through..... Think I'll just wing it

Been busy over the last week, first a pic of the interior with the rx8 seats fitted and also the roof lining and A pillar covers recovered.

Also started putting things back in the engine bay and piped up the abs.

Thanks, unfortunately none of the mounting points match up the rear outer is the closest. But it's nothing that some steel flat bar can't sort.
