Hmm, my old car hit 295 at 17psi with a stage 2 HD map... fuelling was a touch rich, but otherwise spot on when tested.

I ran a Profec B SpecII EBC, which worked a charm - and allowed you to turn down the power for 'normal driving' or track days without playing with an adjustable actuator. Cost me £150 from ebay

Considering you are only running 15psi over 6k rpm then isn't that about right? You're not going to see 295bhp at 500rpm - are you?

Looks a simple case of not holding boost to me!
