Fair play on knowing what you want.
My advice from someone who has been a young s13 owner would be to get a more affordable car.
I had a s13 at 17 as soon as I passed my test.
I had to choose between keeping the car on the road and having a social life.
If I could go back now i'd go for something a little more modest and have money to tune it!
