im no offset master but id go with et12 front and rear with maybe another 10mm spacer on the rear. tyre wise id stick 225 or 235s on the front. on the back it depends if you want a stretch or not. id go for 245s i think
im sure others will say totally different tho

My fronts are 7J et-12 and *just* clear up front on standard wings, using an offset calculator the 9.5J et12 would stick out 8mm more, so if your going for chargespeed front arches then yeah definately the ET12s

The rear arches will need rolling and flaring at that size too if i've worked out it correctly

ET12s, don't even consider the ET30s if your running wider arches.

9.5s can accommodate anything from a ~215 (major stretch) to a ~275 (major baloon).

TBH I'd probably use a 245/40 and space them until the tyre is flush with the arch.

As always, Quail is right on the money

Make the car fit the wheels

he didn't mean 245 on the front

If you want stretch 245 on a 9.5 isn't it, 225 or even 215 is

I'd put the 225 on the front, you'll probably want at least a 10mm spacer with that

For the rear 235 if you want some stretch but a tyre wider than the front, flare it out and get a 10-15mm spacer on once you've measured it up

Even better get some wheels where you can have an 11" rear and put a 255 on it

Offset calculators don't tell half the story don't put too much weight on them
