Disassembling a t25
Well... I know that it should be pretty straight forward... but...
I want to rotate/remove the exhaust housing on a spare t25, I undid the 4 bolts
but now I can't rotate it... it seems to be stuck...
any hint ?

I had the same problem with a T3 once.
I just made sure the bolts wre loose enough, applied a generous ammount of penetrating fluid and kept on trying.
On one turbo i had it in a vice (clamped in place using the studs on exhaust housing in between two bit of wood) and applied heat via oxy/acceteline (sp) to the exhaust housing, this freed it up very easily.

take all the bolts right out.It comes apart and turns easily then.

as above bit of heat and plenty of wd40.
i have also tapped them round with a bit of wood to free it off. just make sure it comes off square otherwise you may damage the turbine wheel or shaft or both as theres not much play on them
