known as drift charms i think, started in japan with the handle hangers off subways being nicked on hung on the back as far as i know, think there was a thread on DW about them too.
i got dice hanging off my towing eye. the insperation came from polo's car though
so if aint doin much driftin an u got one, then pretty
People call it drift charms, but in reality its just harmless decoration. Anyone can have them - you don't need permission

I thought it originally started in Japan with the bozo guys because they saw the cement trucks with little buckets hanging from the back to catch any cement that would drip off. So they put it on their tow hooks and if they could make it scrape the ground then they were cool.
