Bump to bring some S Body love in.

I still think, to this day, the Exceed Moat cars are ultra inspiring. I have not been able to find out anything about the brothers or their cars for years and year, so SpeedHunters legacy shots will suffice.

I just don't recall there being any recent S Body cars that have made me want to flop over with glee. It's weird.

They were two very serious cars, I can't even find their blog, I think it's gone.

There's a folder on Facebook here of someone's pics include the last version of one of the cars.

I really, really love well presented track S bodies. There are plenty of cars that can be made into exceptionally fun track cars and S bodies are definitely one of those.

It's this car that made me realise I needed 17" TE's on my car and I'd have to buy Alcon's to fit.

And in keeping with that theme, Under Suzuki's latest iteration did a show at Tsukuba this month

They announced it at Tokyo Auto Salon so probably around that time.

So I found this today, and I don't think it IS an ex-Exceed Moat car, but it's got strong vibes.

Either way it looks like a lot of fun. I've gone off the cut rear end that I used to like. I am loving those BBS RI-As!

That's awesome, it's been discontinued so it makes a lot of sense. Thanks Ben.

I stumbled upon a few S14s at this gallery:

Which might be a round of Dutch Time attack or even just a track day. Gallery is well worth a look, some 15's and 13's as well, I do like these track cars and that Navan is tidy.

So getting ready for WTAC is, what I believe, is the ex-MCA Suspension 'Hammerhead' S13 Coupe, with a whole new front end and a VR38.

It was sold in 2021 (here's the press release) and has had a pretty major remodel.

    OK, this is truly inspirational

    http://www.speedhunters.com/2023/06/...an-silvia-s13/

K24 with K20 head, BMW DCT box, bespoke 3D printed centre console to delete the shifter, 3D Scanned and printed then carbon moulded intake piping, built and mapped entirely by the owner.

I'd strongly encourage you to read the article.

Absolutely superb work. I can't put into words how jealous of his skills I am. I wish I'd not gone into design engineering when I see stuff like this and taught myself this stuff.
