Green S14a '99(V)

I think the time has come to sell my pride and joy
I have owned this for the last 3 years (45k miles). It had a full service history when I bought it at 52k and since then I have done all the servicing myself using initially Mobile 1, but the last few oil changes have been Silkolene pro S.

Standard stuff
Is a 99 v reg Emerald green S14a Touring manual. it has now covered 97k but these have been mainly motorway miles.
Its Mot'd until Nov 08 and taxed 10/08
It has cream leather interior, which is in good condition, with only slight wear to the driverside bolster as you would expect from a car of this age.

Modifications
Unichip piggyback ECU mapped by Noble motorsport
Upgrade WMIC
Apex stainless steel exhaust with decat (also have the cat for MOT)
K&N panel air filter and modded air box
upgraded fuel pump
Denso IK22 spark plugs
Brembo 10 grooved front brake discs and Mintex extreme pads alos a BMC stopper.
Front strut brace
4700k HID headlights
Clear front indicators
Braided turbo oil and water hoses (fitted when the gasket was replaced)
Car was rolling road a couple of years ago when the unichip was mapped with 262bhp and 247 lbft
Standard alloy wheels with nearly new goodyear eagle F1s on the back and Michilan pilots on the front.

Bad points
Slight VVT rattle on warm start up, but only last about 1 sec and nothing to worry about.
I would descripe the bodywork as good for it age, but it does have a few very very small dints and stone chips.

I am asking for £3,200 ono.

Give the engine a quick clean too, I got told off when I tried to sell my car and the engine was a little bit dusty/dirty. Shows the car has not been messed with in my opinion but hey I did it anyway

I dont think there is any particular reason its just everybody seems to be selling their
S14 at the same time so there are a few to choose from. Plus yours is Green and thats the main colour for these dunno why. Also with all the credit crunch bollox, thats not helping.

Stay firm and I am sure it will sell, where do you have it advertised ? Just here or ?

Regarding the VVT rattle mentioned, is this something which is cause concern? How much would it cost to sort out?
