The Membership Team - and how to make our jobs easier

Righty, i think it's time for a minor spring clean and recap of who does what around here.

    Firstly, introductions:
    Ken - New Memberships
Jezz_S13 - Renewals, including lapsed memberships

If you have any queries about memberships please contact the appropriate bod via pm, or email memberships@sxoc.com or renewals@sxoc.com. Alternatively feel free to start a thread in this section - check the stickies first though, as most questions which arise are covered in there

Currently New Memberships are being turned around on a bi-weekly basis, and Renewals are averaging out at being done weekly. We'd appreciate if folk could be patient with us on this - we are doing our best. This is also well within the 28 days which we quote elsewhere.

Most importantly of all, please include all the details requested when you make a payment, or when you are registering for membership. this makes it so much easier for us to cross-reference the memberships database. Please fill in your full address where asked - we don't have one of those fancy-pants postcode finder thingys.

Please bear in mind that we are doing this voluntarily. We are real people, with real lives, and commitments outside the board, so you may not get an immediate answer to a query. We will do our best to respond as soon as we can

    Thanking you

    Hi,
Do we receive notice of when our membership is due for renewal or are we supposed to know as "responsible" types?
