I run a cheap F1 racing eaby SR20DET combo... it work great for me... It's possible that other brands have different design...
Can anyone measure RPS to make sure it fits CA18 gearbox?
Guys here claim they have fitted ACT SR20 clutches

Kev, wasn't it possible to grind ACT clutch to fit CA bellhousing?
Great thread, nice work lyckaon
vetal, no, i spose u could grind the bellhousing, but i didnt fancy weakening the box as the reason for the change was Kieran managed to crack the other box's bellhousing with no mods............

I actually meant grind the clutch not the bellhousing

Got RPS clutch for S14 and it VERY MUCH LOOKS like it would fit, because outer diameter is only like 8mm more, and cover plate is really thin
I'm going to buy SR20 twin/triple plate clutch for my CA18. Has anyone tried ORC triple plate?
Dont do it!
I had issues with my SR twin on CA, as above, no matter what I tried.
Just use a CA OSGiken twin/triple.
Alan Jugglar has a ORC CA Twin IIRC.
I can't find used CA twin/triple plate and even if I find it would be to expensive for me...
I found several used SR twin/triple for good money
Where was the problem with your twin plate? Was it hitting the bellhousing?
I reread the thread and still didn't get what you should do with starter if you fit S14 flywheel... Can someone explain? Can S14 starter be made to work?
you need a S12 starter motor with a S14 flywheel.
Didn't most people use S14 starter?
