    Ok! Stuff.

It's now connected to the engine and in the car. We weren't able to make the wheels go around as we need to get a conversion thing for the braided hydraulic line things to connect to the clutch master cylinder. A ****ing £1 part stopping my fun

Next weekend I'll have that sorted hopefully. So close!!!!!!

    Plush interior.

So yeah, for the first time since this project began, EVERYTHING that has been bought for it is in the car. Nothing lying around on the floor of the D:MON unit or in some post office somewhere. Phew.

I'd like to say a matter of weeks, but whenever I say that it ends up being another 3 months down the line before anything happens. So I think i'll hedge my bets and go with sometime next year

I am only a year over my original deadline at the moment anyway

In more news, had the power steering hose fabbed up today. Going to go fit it in a bit.

haha sadly not. Even with the complete removal of all Nissan wiring, there's still so much to confuzzle me. Although to be fair that bunch is pretty much the entire wiring for the car (non engine related).

So, fitted up the power steering bits last night - for once a fabricated part went on straight away with no ****ing around! I ended up bleeding alot all over the car before noticing but hey, that just proves that something successful happened

In other news - forgetting that i'd removed the 9th injector (9th!!) from the fuel system and then firing up the fuel rail means that the D:MON unit now stinks a little bit of fuel after a jet fired at the ceiling.

Today she fired up again for the first time in about 6 months With everything connected and switched on and working. It sounds ****ing angry and revs like a mother****er to say the least. There's a video that Rads will upload when he gets in tonight. Revs so fast. Awesome. Just need to get a tiny pipe made and the clutch bled and hopefully it will turn its wheels and go off and be mapped. Woosaaaa

You and me both. Steve, excellent job on getting it all in and running. I so badly want to see/hear that car on full chat burning some rubber. Poor thing used to get so much abuse from me and I bet she misses it

Did a plan come together and you loved it? Then Paul refused to get on a plane without first having a drink of milk?
