My s15 v8 conversion DIY ftw

Not posted a build thread up here as not alot was happening, but now is the time!

Got this a month or 2 ago with the intention of running it for a little while then doing a complete overhaul inside and out.

Fitted a walbro, setup the greddy boost controller and enjoyed it, since then been buying bits, fitted dark headlights, test fitted the new bumper, and...

    bought some of this

    Done some of this

And now we're doing some of this

    Engine should be out tomorrow

WINNING! I'm looking forward to another passenger ride once the V8 is in. Given how well you did with 4 cylinders......should be EPIC!!!!

Cost, smaller physical size, ease of fitting, the fact you can buy a complete fitting kit for the LS2/Box off the shelf, aftermarket parts availablity, reliability and bolt a procharger on to the LS2 and you get 650bhp @ 8psi

Your only running 8psi . I thought you were running more than that.

Fit a different pulley for 20psi and see what she makes

I can Confirm you will be 2nd person in the UK with a V8 into the S15.

We still have the Twin turbo V8 S15 that Shane Lynch drives in the BDC, It has just been spanner checked ready for this weekends event at Silverstone on Sunday!

I'm guessing you have been mixed up with the Japspeed S15 that is driven by Shane O'sullivan over in the Prodrift championship in Ireland who has recently removed the engine and replaced it with an RB25det Neo engine found in R34 skyline.

Sorry to disappoint you. But good luck with your build. Its not as easy everyone says!!!
Get over to an event and come see us for some tips if it helps.
