Looks good
any updates yet mart ?
Na not really. Did some welding in the front suspension towers about a month ago but haven't touched it since. Got some front bushes on the way and then I can re-fit the suspension, get it back on the ground and get back to it.
Suppose an update. I fitted the Whiteline bushes and new Poly tension rod bushes. There's a flaw unlike S13's where the tight tension rod bushes restrict movement of the rod and therefore the movement of the arm. I think it has made the suspension stiffer as a result. Got the rest assembled and it's back on the ground after a long time.
I was testing the clutch and I broke the MR2 fixing to the bulkhead. Need to find am alternative or a new MR2 one and mount it differently.
Forgot to take pics but here's one on the floor again lol

Still have both datsuns.
The CA one I moved from the outside home where it was covered in a lot of crap and an amazing amount of snails. Have done very little to it.
The SR20DE is my rusty daily smoke.
I've been mulling over selling both as I'm not really working on them. Will be making a call on that soon.
Did you ever sell these?
Don't recall seeing a for sale thread...
Not seen him at a meet for over 12 months
Not sure whether life happened to him or whether Mark drove him away by talking incessantly about off-roading
Well funny you say that, but I did have both datsuns up for sale at the end of last year as I don't have the time to do anything with them.
This one is still unfinished and I'm looking to sell it. Incidentally the other one is on the ebay machine, I'll put a link to it on the other thread it had
Martin, Come along to the Great Baddow Barn meet on Thursday. It'd be nice to see you again
Is the halfway house no longer?
Lol. We've toured Essex for the last 18 months. We've now settled into a sort of pattern of either Great Baddow Barn (just off the Stock road out of Chelmsford) or the Downham Arms in Wickford. Both are Pub Grub type places and some of us get there a bit early and eat. They're not the mass 50+ parties of old but the numbers had already dropped right off before we started changing venue and HWH had started to get a bit grotty TBH.
There is usually between 6 and a dozen of us during the Winter months.
