Out of interest - what are house prices like over there?

We are looking at 3 bedroom, 2 bath semi detached housing in the city, and it varies between 700k-1.2m.

However I see a LOAD of 200SX's, (or 240s..) both 13's and some 14's. Infact there is a 14 with a 15 front end a few blocks up from me. I was tempted to get a booted 13 (Silvia) but they are just so old and I need a proper 4 door, hence the Evo. The 200's i've seen however do seem in good condition, rust isn't an issue in California!

we saw 3 when we were over. i don't know if this one lives on lombard but it was there when we arrived and still about when we returned 16 days later.
if it does i would think it's one of the most photographed sx's in the world going by the amount of people wanting a pic of "the crooked street".
