No worries geezer
Why don't you just replace the ARB with a whiteline?
One of the benefits of using a non-porous primer is you can leave it on for some time to see if there are any problem areas. I have also found that taking pics with a digital camera and enhancing them can highlight these problems. This is the back of the OS rear arch. It was shotblasted and primed 2½ weeks ago. It looked like some slight staining but after looking at this pic, needs more work

Awsome Nice work
Thanks
Trying to spray fill badly pitted steel is not the way forwards You just can't get enough paint on so....
I hung the ARB on the washing line and tied it down to stop it swinging about
Mixed some paint up (no thinners) in an aerosol lid and brushed it on. Sorry for these poor pics but it was going dark
Thought I would do the fuel tank straps at the same time so I rubbed down the runs with some 240 wet and dry and gave them 2 brush coats
YEY
Assuming there are no runs all that's needed is a quick rub down with some fine stuff and a spray coat.

You shouldn't mix stainless and metal as they react and corrode.
