I would definately be up for this. I live in Shetland so travelling to the mainland to get the car set up after every modification isn't really a viable option.
I would like to have a list of relevant reading materials to wade through before the session so that most of the theory was covered prior to the day so that you could get the most out of the practical session.
I assume that once you get the hang of the fundamentals you can turn your hand to pretty much any aftermarket ECU / Fuel computer / Boost Controller?

May be worth you writing a 'Jez Mapping Training Manual v1'! Or at least get some sort of documentation together before hand.
Might also be handy to get a rough idea of the level of each persons background knowledge too.
I would consider myself beginner, but have a reasonable background knowledge so should be able to keep up with the class!!
