not wanting to be an a$shole, but i need to get my insurance done...can someone from the membership team confirm if i am now a member again and does anyone know what proof Sky Insurance would accept to prove my membership?

The membership team is Dr Bob now I think but he's not online at the mo. Either sleeping or removing someone's giblets I expect.

If you only rejoined within the last month there's a funky plastic membership card with your number on it, that would have come in the post. If you rejoined before that I didn't get a reminder of my membership number, so doubt you did either.
I'm guessing that Sky will want proof of membership, which means your number (taken on trust until a claim happens), or a good copy of your new plastic, or scabby old cardboard membership card
