Im now absolutely loathed to put any stickers on it. Gary was due to pick it up today so progress will now be quickly made

Its most probably going to run the SR20DET out of our V8 Project car with a 2871R to allow us to set up the chassis before we run the Tomei and T78.

Yep, the original skin was cut out, the inner extended out to meet and additional material added to help prevent a delaminating tyre from ripping the fibreglass outer skin to shreds

You dont understand how worried i was about taking the angle grinder to the mint rear 1/4s!
Very proud to be asked to add my touch to such a fine peice of kit
so you left the rear quarter on, bet that made things harder, i have cut mine off but basically doing the same as you good metal work there

No no no man. I felt the same when my pink S13 was first painted, I didn't want to spoil it with graphics. But after we finally found someone who could actually create the stickers we wanted, the car looked MUCH better. It's not a proper race/competition car until it's covered in scars and sponsorship

Very light wheels, havent decided any further yet. Im absolutely amazed at the difference in handling and ride quality of our V8 S14a when swapping from the rims it came with to the Volks and then back to some heavy 18s that we ran at Elvington last weekend.

I know unsprung weight makes a lot of difference but fook, it makes a MASSIVE difference.

To the extent that Im going to try to get forged rims on our V8 Skyline for 2009 as they will make that much difference to the way the car handles

    TE37 Mags, then?
Stickers are the difference between a show car and a race car, I s'pose.

Mags would be cool for the S14, not for the Skyline, it will get forged if I can manage it but nothing more

No the rule is if you have 2 or more 200's you have to have an original engine in one of them otherwise I get to ban you

(These rules may change at any time and without notice )
