    No All ready to come out just feeling very lazy lately . Toying with the idea of just buying a cheap and cheerful track car to rag around as it's gonna cost a fortune to track the 200 this year

    youve got it all now surely - i thought the engne coming out was to just refresh a few gaskets, fit the sump youve got and tidy it all up......

    Yeah but lacking motivation Fancy something fun and cheap like an mx5 while I do the 200 properly.

    you will just spend loads on the mx-5 whilst the 200 gathers dust

    get another 205 or a gti-6 - there are two for sale on here i believe........

    Is that what you do when yours is being fixed? No wonder it's been off road so long, bet you've been having the time of your life!

    There's a cheapo mx5 local to me Ben gonna ring for an insurance quote tomorrow. The 200 is just gonna cost too much this year and with the mortgage I need all the money I can get

    Just the way fuels going and I'm going to need to trailer it as I refuse to pay £700 a year insurance on something that gets used 10 times a year. Ideally wants a reshell too and I'm wondering if theres any point taking the engine out to put it back in and then take it out again Need a good shell thats cheap and I reckon I'd get my motivation back

    tomk has a VERY good shell for peanuts - as its going to the scrapyard if it isnt sold! BUY IT!

    can do it on a car trailer i took my non rolling shell to the scrapyard on a car trailer, and theyre only £40 for a weekend iirc
