To be fair tho Davey, your diesel will beat his 1.8 at the moment.. mind you the diesel will probably have more torque than your kitcar

hehe actually i think they have the same amount of torque - about 70lb/ft but the kitcar will have 180bhp and a 13750 rpm rev limiter whereas the pug106 has 70bhp, and a limiter of about 6000rpm

That's gonna be a whole heap of fun How much did the car cost if you don't mind me asking?

spent 8.5k on the kit so far.. engines going to be about another 1.5k i still need to buy more bits like seats, harnesses, exhaust silencer, front discs/calipers, Lights, Programable ECU.. prob some other bits ove forgotten about. not cheap, but ive gone for all the fancy options

This thread needs some kind of life kicking into it, and i think we should organise a 'night' of something every month. Curry night, cinema nights, etc etc, then at least wimps like Lynny who are scared of the cold will come along.
