got an LM1 kit instead, using a standard lambda for the pfc and wide-band LM1 for tuning and track-days, removed for normal road use

Wow, I bet the LM1 cost a pretty penny. Out of interest, Was there any reason why you chose the LM1 over the VEMS?

yes as i got it cheap off a member, it also has the rpm link and will help in mapping

Take it you'll be monitoring knock through the PFC?

Oh, Forgot to say that the VEMS AFR/EGT also has the RPM input

yes i have sold the d-jetro as the cars going more track than road and the vems has some features like throttle position boost control that i require

little update, finnished the pannels to hide the holes left when you strip the rear, used 1mm ns4 aluminium, very hard but light with a covering of black valvet [got it cheap £5 ]


the holes in the parcel shelf or so i can get to my damper adjusters

VERY interested in your electric water pump conversion.......how much did the pump cost? and where are you mounting it?

panels temporary fitted [read just wedged in ] as the interior is grey and the seats grey black its good how the black velvet changes to grey as you move your view point

also to answer the question above, the 2 pumps with a digital controller cost £300 but as im investing mucho dosho in the engine it gives me piece of mind same as the accusump

looking at arerodynamics with flatterning the underside of the car, started a few months ago with a front under tray


now im building a rear difuser



having to releave an area for the exhaust and now need to make a cover



removed the fuel tank and waxoiled every where


and did a bit of plumbing

that diffuser looks coool, how are you sealing it at the forward end? so that the air doesnt go above it

i found the sx floor pan lends its self to it, i have the car on stands at the back to see the suspension drop and i can box up really close to the wheels all around, over the diff and gearbox, looking at ducting some air between the floor and the under-tray to cool the gearbox and diff and as i have no fuel tank now i could duct the air out through the boot and keep the airflow clean under the car

i just need to know any implications regarding mot time and me covering the floor up

Having seen that, I think I might rip mine out and do it again after all. I'm not that happy with how its ended up.
