Papa, well what can I say. You're always here at the right time lately, cheers. Do really fancy one as I don't think anyone's running with one on here yet???

    Intercooler

    Dan,

Some more info on the GT-Spec intercooler for you :

    Price is £710.
This includes the full kit with piping etc needed to fit.

I have been informed that you will need to relocate or get a smaller battery in order for all the piping etc to fit correctly.
As you probably know there are lots of kits out there for battery relocation but I don't think Apexi do one.
I will confirm this for you.
I'm sure a relocation kit will be fairly easy to find and if you like I can track one down for you. I know a lot of the Evo drivers relocate their batteries to the boot, I presume this is also to make more room under the bonnet for more toys.

I reckon you will probably need some more weight over those back wheels anyway

    Sweet! Cheers Jez.

Don't bust a gut over it mate, but any idea on delivery times for these things? Are they in the country when I decide to go for it or how long to get one?

As it's only a second vehicle, I'll probably just get a smaller battery up front. It's not a problem to extend the power cables etc on the loom so I won't bother with a "kit"

    Thanks Jez

    Dan,

I don't currently have one of these in stock and I estimate the delivery time to be 7-10 days.
Although now the silly season is upon us it may vary a day or two.

I think the Evos relocate the battery simply because it sits infront of the air filter. Them move it to allow a better flow of air to the filter

    Jez

Any news on the delivery date yet for the Apexi stuff?

Got money waiting for my Induction kit.

    Thanks

  14. #94
    Dan,

The induction kits etc are now in stock and are on their way to me.
I have no firm date for arrival yet as many Japanese companies and some of their customs people shut down for the new year period.
This may delay things slightly but I will post a date as soon as I get some detailed shipping information on your parts.

i would like a AVC-r boost controller and a turbo timer of you!
Do you know if the turbo timer can display 0-60s or anything like the HKS ones?

I might also intrested in a fmic as well ill have a look at the Apexi website to see what they look like first.
Any idea on the delivery times on these items as im needing the AVC-r quite soon?

goody looking forward to my induction kit

  17. #97
    MOZS13,

The turbo timer does not display 0-60, if you want this kind of info you would need a Rev/Speed meter.
This will give you 0-60 and 1/4 mile times amongst a whole host of other features. More info can be found here :

    http://www.apexi-usa.com/meters_revspeedmeter.asp

More info on the GT-Spec intercooler can be found here :

    http://www.apexi-usa.com/intake_gtintercooler.asp

I estimate delivery times to be around 7-10 days. This should allow for the New Year break and the postal service recovering from Christmas.

Could you please PM me to confirm your order and I will then get working on this for you.

    Jez,
Could you tell the price for the N1 Damper System coilovers and the other coilovers that Apexi do?
Also the front mounted intercooler does that come with all the stainless steel hard pipe kit or do you have to buy that sepratly?
If so how much is it for the whole lot?

    Cheers

  19. #99
    MOZS13,

The N1 dampers come in 2 types - the Type V and Type Pro.

Prices for your S13 are as follows :

    Type V - £1325
    Type Pro - £1495

Both prices are for a full set of coilovers including delivery.

The GT-Spec Intercooler is not listed for the S13, only for the Jap-Spec 180SX so I would need to check if it will fit your car.
I will let you know as soon as I have more information on this one.
