Ha! Now there's a story that isn't for the public forum! 99% of them are pretty understanding and genuinely interested in what we're doing, the other 1% seemed to think the police would be more interested...

I hate neighbours like that...
We used to get problems like that at my mothers, right up until me and one of my brothers decided to have a word with the guy responsible for said calls.
Never had aproblem with them ever since then.
I find it hard to believe they are actually trying to pass law to stop things like this happening, to me it means either people will drive unsafe cars or be forced into paying really high garage bills all the time which would mean more abandoned cars IMO.
Great efforts guys, I think we should maybe have a party at yours once the works all done I'm sure we could get a good turn out.
Sweet project
I reckon that would look uber cool with a prefacelift bumper and all in matt black
IMO the facelift bumper is too rounded for the Silvia body.
A party here would be the worst idea to be honest.....that's what JAE is for!
They scrub up ok when the panels are all in the same colour :Originally Posted by turbo-tastic

Good work fellas! hope you are going to splash around some paint and waxoyl to stop this one going the same way
You only need two tools in life - wd-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the wd-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
And if you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem!
Im genarally a facelift lover but......pre-facelift would suit it better.
Nice playstation front bumper you have there
Good god, did the car fall on their heads??
Nice work there Sabmo.
Having seen the pic John posted, how about matt white for it? Would look fookin and very different to the usual boring matt black.
I'm NOT the Chairman anymore, Ken was. He still likes poo though. Its not Jim either now. Ooh ooh, its now Doc!

Not a Neesahn, but I love the colour and general look of it. Hmmm...
primer
hmmm i think matt white would look good (but wouldnt that be primer??)
Yeah that colour, but primer traps/holds water (or something ) so not the best idea.Originally Posted by MeLLoN Stu

Looks like a great project - will look lovely when it's finished.
Facelift bumper - definatley.
(PMSL at the playstation front grill!)
Primer colour works if its a gloss but that makes it harder to spray.
Kev likes matt white as well? Sometimes I think we share the same brain you know.

Haha I was wondering who that was, my mum was a little concerned people were driving into our street just for a look at my car Who's your mate, they from EK?
The engine going in has Mahle forgies, and I got what I think is a turbo from a small turbo escort cossie to use, as well as the usual stage 2 stuff like Jez chip, Saab fmic etc.
