But my envelope wasn't torn? Didn't realise I was suppose to get a keyring until reading this.

I didn't chase it to be honest. I know you have to wait up to 28 days etc etc and i just forgot about it, i could get into the members area though just never received anything

I havent been a paid member for a while, 12 months i think. Will i get a new membership pack with everything? Would be nice really as i didn't get anything the first time lol
