    parts arrived this morning

my bren device and fse power boost valve arrived this morning, are they both easy to install? i have bought the fse adjustable fpr mainly to decrease the fuel pressure because it is overfueling, i havent got a gauge with the fpr so how should i go about adjusting it? cheers. dean

Sorry mate but that really is

Don't mess with the fuel pressure - find the CAUSE of the overfuelling!!!!

is your car prefacelift or facelift?

How do you KNOW it's overfuelling? What's the spec of the car? Symptoms?

right, here goes, iv only had the car since beginning of the year, it already had fmic, air filter, free flowing exhaust, dump valve, boost gauge running 13psi (hitting fuel cut) i then invested in stage 2 (HD) chipped ecu, 2 grade colder plugs and a walbro thats when it started overfueling, ive been checking my plugs on a regular basis and theyre black

so you're running a stage 2 chip on a T25 and you wonder what's wrong?

It's the wrong setup for the chip. You don't need an adj FPR to sort it, you just need the correct mapping for your car

Go to your local MOT station and find out what it's fuelling like on idle. Get them to shove the probe up the exhaust and find out FOR SURE what it's doing.

If it's overfuelling on idle it's likely a dodgy lambda sensor or a mucky AFM

So you're running 8's? I'd only be running 7's. This may be why your plugs are all sh1tty

That's what your car should have if you have a stage 2 chip in there. Nobody's trying to bust your balls but your car isn't set up right for the chip to run as it should. You need NGK BCPR7ES or Denso IK24's for this setup as well (not sure about the Denso code but I have the NGK's in my stage 2 CA)
