    CA20 camshaft

    any different/better than the standard ca18et one?

    CA18ET crank is 83.6mm and the CA20E crank is 88mm. It's not any stronger it just has a longer through.

    If its the same as the CA20 S12 cam its crap.

    ie 248 deg duration instead of the 256 of the silvia.

    I dunno for sure. I doubt the haynes bluebird manual will have the cam spec.

    according to the manual the ca18et and the ca20e both have clearences of inlet 0.21(0.008) and exhaust 0.23(0.009), the piper settings are 8's and 10's, and thats all that nissan has to say about that.

    soory you are right my book shows that the ca18et has 8 degree less duration on the intake

    So what is the cam spec of the US CA18ET cam? Is it 240 deg then?
