    FMIC question about small pipe on cold side

    Hi am in need of help, i have just fitted a fmic there was a small pipe connected to the cold side of the intercooler piping, i cant seem to find anyone who does a connector from either 75mm or 70mm to a pipe as small as this, what is this pipe for, do i need to re-connect it help!

    It will be the idle control I guess, and yes, you need it.

    How come you need a 75mm pipe?you should weld a little lug comeing off the cold side intercooler pipe and just hook it up as it was standard.if you leave this pipe off the car won't run as i found out when i installed a fmic.it's the idle control valve

    what FMIC and piping have you just fitted? What's your cold side piping like?
