I've got an s13 with an Apexi air induction kit, bailey dump valve and a T28 fitted

But i'm having a couple of problems:-

The dump valve seems to be sticking open more than it should causing a rather tuneful whistling pretty much all the time.

Idle is lumpy when the car engine gets warm (related to the dump valve?)

And the speedo only works very (if at all) rarely.

Can you adjust the spring in the dump valve and what could be causing the problems with the idle and speedo (i have checked the connections behind the clocks and all seems fine?)

with it being essentially open system i.e you're losing metered air you'll get a lumpy idle, and you'll sometimes find stalling occurs when you come down the revs to idle. i did anyway.
dont think you can adjust the spring in the baileys, iirc you have to send them off for that. sounds like the spring has gone or something.
as for the speedo not working that will be totally unrelated, check the wiring etc and check the back of the clocks for dry solder joints.

just take the bailey off.

As Stu says, the dials will be dry solder joints more than likely
