My Power Run
I had my S14 dyno'd on the Red Dot portable dyno on 26/11/2005 at the Halfords Store in Hendon (North West London). They had an open day and dyno runs were £40. Me and Nismoid Drifter managed to get 2 for £40. Not bad eh.
My mods were:
Denso IK24's
Apexi induction kit and heat shield box
Apex downpipe, de-cat and cat back exhaust system
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Running 0.7 bar with Bren device
Bailey dump valve
HKS 2.0mm metal head gasket with ARP head bolts
Power figures were
HP @ flywheel: 240.6 BHP
HP @ rear wheels: 196.1 BHP
Torque @ rear wheels: 190.2 ft-lb
I probably could of get more but i was only running 0.7 bar and the guy from Red Dot only revved it up to 5,800 RPM.
Still my Apex FMIC arrived yesterday so when thats on, i'm gonna raise the boost up to a bar and see how that feels.
