Fed up again

.. I have now been waiting for two weeks for the main block to heater matrix hose, which has been ordered through my local Nissan dealer. I need a new one as the old girl is spewing coolant all over the floor. I went up today to see what the hold up was. The guy at the parts desk said it would not be in until approx the 27th Sept Just how pathetic is this... it's a piece of rubber hose for gods sake!!! why are Nissan so CRAP!!!

Might be something to do with it having to come from Japan?

Although I do agree with you that it's a bit shite having to wait that long for a hose.

Does it need to be a special shape, or will any old hose (as long as it's the right size) do?

yes i know its a non stock sort of item but as you said it is crap having to wait 6 weeks for a hose. Yes it is a shaped one and to save messing round and to make sure it is right first time i will wait for it. No car till end of the month

What is even more ironic is that it was probably shipped to Japan from Wiltshire
