Take a look at the testimonial from "Kenny Ho" - someone should tell that guy the stuff is for use in his car.

Just tried mine out now. Added 50 mls (one sixth of a bottle) to a near full tankload (50 litres) of regular UL.

And I'm certain it works!! Car seems to run much better - more eager acceleration, quieter and generally happier than it was on 95 RON alone. Maybe better even than the Super UL. And the price difference between Super and Premium is like almost 15p a litre, so it actually is cheaper.

    Try some

15p a litre difference! Jesus christ you've been had! I use Optimax as often as I can, and that costs 73.9p per litre as opposed to 68.9p for unleaded. 5p difference and it's 98 octane as opposed to 97 for SUL at BP.

    Red face

I know m8. We don't get Optimax down in these parts. Last time I bought SUL it was something like 83p per litre...

Would I be right in thinking Optimax is taxed less than SUL due to it being cleaner or whatever?

My collegues at NAM tested Optimax in their high powered Scooby and had to retard the timing a lot to stop the car detting when compared to Esso Super

I wont use it in my Cossy.
