Dont know too mcuh about it to be honest, not sure I would use an SAE60 though, even where you are. What kind of temps are you seeing on track?

About 30ºC air temperature the last time i was in the track, and the oil comes in 2-3 laps over 120ºC and very fast, that was with the castrol tws.
Its really expensive to import from you because im in a island because i will like to use the silkolene, but remember last time with the brake fluid and the gear box oil, it was too much... maybe resending through a friend in mainland Spain would be the best option...
Yep shipping to the canaries is just silly money.
Can you get Motul out there?

Hi there oilman, my S14a is 300bhp but has just turned 108k on the mileage, im now using a 15/40w (castrol) as previously i was using a racing oil and she was rattling her tits off, all ok now but would you recommend the 15/40 or something else? Just so i know for next time, also where are you based, is it cambourne?
You can do so much better then 15w-40 mineral multigrade, what synthetic were you using before?
We are based in redruth

just one quick question, what would be the oil change intervales when using the pro s as i said i will be doin mostly to and from work driving (30miles roughly) with the odd track day. i here they dont have to be as frequent (every 5000km) u can leave it go a bit longer with the pro s is that correct or its just diffirent depending on the person?
again thanks.

Dont bother with Magnatec, its not up to the job of fast road use and drag. Out of the two the Castrol Edge 5w-30 would be the better quality choice... In fact it is pretty good quality stuff. It is thinner then I would normally recomend for a stage 2 car but will be fine

Hi, it's time for an oil change again.
I am currently using kroonoil emperrol 10w40
The car (1996 sr20det) is only used in weekends and always for reasonable distances.
Is this oil up for the task (no track use so far, only spirited driving) or should i use another type of kroonoil? Or is kroonoil just and would u advise another brand?
Car is running about 320 bhp right now and has got 168000 km.
Sorry matey, never heard of it so I don't know if it's
Can you get any of these?
