You’d probably be best reading the instructions? The sub you’re on about must have a built in amp and I’ve never seen one of these in person but every amp I’ve used has just had 1 rca connection for...
When you say leaking what do you mean? Just a light misting around the cradle? If so it’s probably the rubber o ring has perished like they all do. Just order another one from Nissan and it should be...
I would just key up the surface/ sand any damage out and paint with vht primer and then their engine enamel. It seems the best quality stuff for a reasonable price
I’ve got them on the front and z32 rears and they feel nice and oem. A spongy pedal almost but still a lot of power if you get what I mean. Although I do only have a bm50 so the pedal travel is abit...
I had the whole don’t want to cut my battery tray thing when I got my s13. But quickly came to realise that it’s the best and about the only way to get a decent sized front mount. I got a cheap...
My hsd’s with the compression set really light are lovely. They are still stiff because of the spring rates but when you hit something they move well.
You need to work out what tyres you’re going to run. I’ve got 17x9 with an et of about 15 and they fit with a 215/40/17 on with no rolling
And thinking about it that’s with s14 lower arms which...
Nooooo! No isuzu’s! We’ve got loads of them at work and they are one of the worst thing I’ve ever driven. Thy are cheap for a reason, clutches after 20,000 miles, warped brake discs, clutch pedal...
Haven’t been on here for a while but this is now looking sick. I love a red 13 with kouki tail lights. Just matches so well. Just need to drop it another inch or two and it’ll be perfect ;)
Good read. Never realised you’ve done so many little jobs on it.
Still one of my favourite 14’s ;)
My exhaust hits sometimes, I thought that my subframe was loose when I first heard it. Maybe something to check as it would have been off to replace the subframe
Ahhhhhhh. That makes more sense.
I’ve got a cheapo off eBay I think and it’s in a sandwich plate. I’m too fussed about hugely accurate readings. It’s been in there since I had the engine stock...
Stage 3’d the car last winter and ever since the oil temps have been way hotter driving normally. Mainly cruising on the motorway at 70, any time there’s a slight hill the temp goes up over 100c. The...

Looked through here the other day and realised I had no real photos of the engine...
This is what I run. I just tried to keep it stock but with a catch can inline which I think is what you described. I’m just trying to catch the oil vapour before it returns back into the turbo

Apw were doing a deal on their manifold and a gtx3071r for £2k. You could get them to make you up a downpipe aswell.
Have a look through my build thread (link in my signature below) about mid way through I wrote a post on 5 stud conversions and all the bits I used.
Take the actuator and outlet pipe off?
I don't think you can get them with black backs? Think they only come on glitter back. 100% fakes
Yes mate. Undertray and fan shroud all in tact. The only thing that's changed to affect the air flow is a fmic and a 180sx bumper. Strange
That's what I thought. So fitting an alu rad won't help. Might have to get an oil cooler then
Weren't apw doing a deal on an sr manifold and 2871r the other day. Saw it advertised for £1100 ish
But not when cruising at 70mph. I could understand on track but not just normal driving. How much difference does the water temp make to the oil temp?
