Please Can anyone help?

I posted a thread a while ago but im still having problems with my engine idle on my s13. I think my front cylinder isnt firing. it idles really badly but drives perfectly...

Compression test done. front to back was 150 psi, 151 psi, 135 psi and 148 psi. gauge isnt the most accurate! The front cylinder is the one that i think isn't firing as unplugging the coil pack...

Right, ive taken apart the AAC valve and cleaned. No effect. Also messed about with timing and again no effect. What i have noticed is that when i unplug the first coil pack (front )it has no effect...

Thanks, i'll give the elbow a go. Ive taken the idle control valve off and it seems ok but not really sure what to look out for? It moves freely but i didnt want to pull the little piston bit out too...

ive replaced all the coil packs and had a new uprated pump when i done the rebuild. i forgot to mention that it drives perfectly fine once your moving. No misfires. Its only when i stop that the idle...

I have a j reg s13 that just wont idle properly. it starts on the button and runs perfectly for about 10 second then the revs drop to almost stalling. theres a strong smell...
