On my power FC when I floor it Im getting a reading of 5.115mv
I take it shouldn't go over 5mv? The engine warning light flashes but the rest of the readings seem within spec.

The clutch fingers will have a wear mark where the bearing presses against them
It sounds like the bearing is worn out.Take it in your hand and spin it while putting pressure on with your hand,it...

Could be alternator,water pump.....or power steering
Take a long screwdriver,put the handle end to your ear and the other end to each of these and listen for the noise,it will be obvious then where...

15v is too high,it should be more in the region of 13.8 - 14.4v
Did you measure it at idle or with the revs up and accessories switched on?

I think the blacktop engines come with the 54C pistons which are stronger than whats in the redtops.

I had a braided turbo hose made here before,they do all types of hoses and fittings etc,used to be just off the longmile road not far...

'shiny' pads won't cause brake shudder,rub them on some sandpaper and they will be grand,don't replace them if theres plenty of meat left on them.
Could be the disks.........but could also be worn...
