I think there is a firmware available, but haven't been able to check the version it shipped with.

Pretty sure the tech support lady made me switch on the DHCP on the extender - in fact I'm sure...

Still got the same problem with VB - selecting it in user options makes no difference, and using the drop down on the bottom left only works until you click to another page, then it reverts to black....

Parents have a Virgin Media Super Hub (modem/router) combo.
Main PC is hard wired to this. Main PC has dynamic IP.
Wi fi signal is pretty poor where it is needed...

Doubt I can make this now. 2 weddings and 2 stag do's, best man duties etc....all around le mans. Will be the first I've missed in 9 years I think.

Switched to light theme on the PC - and now have full width back :)
However, in time, perhaps the username colours could be changed (again!) for the light theme. The dayglo greens/purples etc don't...

All my QED cables are QED Performance HDMI-e with Ethernet which are "1.4 compatible" according to the website, 3D etc

I get good results on the Ping test......at this time of day. Grade B* Ping about 25ms, Jitter, 6 ms
However in the evenings it tends to be more like Ping 65+

EDIT: the packet loss test fails...

My NAT type changes quite often. I don't actually know what this means though!
Sometimes it says Open? More regularly it says something else though from memory.
