I was under the impression it was cheaper to manufacture compared with the ca being 100% cast iron and the third gen 180's went on sale along side the s14's so it would of made no financial sense to...

driftworks do hks gaskets, sorry to hear about that dude, cooling is a big issue with the rb in the 200's, how many fans where you useing did you put any holes in your bumper ?, if your still useing...
might find your idle control valve is no good. The sping inside can fail.

bare in mind that theres always the possibility of something actually going wrong like the big ends etc.. and you don't want to leave your self high and dry, always make sure you have some fall back...
