I changed the CAS today and the car started:D Why didn't I change that earlier:annoyed:
I have new sparkplugs now with 0,8mm gap (ngk bcpr7es), new neutral switch and also changed the ignition coils and nothing changed.
Can it really be the CAS? When I crank the engine the injectors...
Now I have found out that the neutral switch is broken. Can that really cause this problem? The servcie manual says so?!
That is already done and it was quite good
Now I have also changed the ecu without results:( The spark is too weak.
But yesterday I saw that when I crank the engine the tachometer is totally dead but it jump up when the engine some times...
That was the first thing I checked:) Have also tried to start without maf connected..
yes fuel comes to the cylinder and I have spark when I have the sparkplug losen from the head. I think the spark is to weak so it blows away when the compression comes..
Tried to change the ptu now but nope the car don't start.:annoyed: Cas seems to be ok. Can it maybe be the ecu?
First it was totally dead but after i changed chip and set the sparkplug gap to 0,6mm it ignite a little bit.
No it's not just flooded, i pull the fuse now and then, I have tried to start without...
My car died after I overtook a car and now it doesn't start :( The cambelt is on the right place, compression ok, fuel comes into the cylinder and i have spark and it doesn't start:confused: I tried...
Have the 9" same design as the 9.5" or is the 9" flat like the 8.5?
Hey!
My car is very difficult to start when the temperature is under 10C (50F).
I have done compression test both with warm and cold engine
The result was:
Warm: 10,2-10-6,9-7,5 bar

Old thread, but can someone explain to me how I get Liveedit to work with the ostrich 2.0 emulator?
