its the bkd engine in the mk5. its had a remap turbo back exhaust and pipercross air filter. just got to the point of wanting abit more now ;)
i remember that golf it was an auto too

car is running lean it all started when on launch control that now doesnt work properly. at the same time it now makes a whistling noise when coming off the throttle along with the usual chatter....
same problem for me even using genuine nissan oil its difficult into gear when cold :(
i went tonight was a few there, saw the corolla and the 350 both nice motors.

rocker and one shim just sat there no damage to cam just a shim gone missing but looks like engine build now :(

i used a longer stud in mine and it worked great, so it could be worth a try before anything else
