To help eliminate air pockets on my moulds i use a "lock layer" 2 layers of 80gram csm with V,E resin. this eliminates any bridging. Butt the edge of the main reinforcement up to the corners and...

Ok. I would test a corner to see if it releases slightly it doesn't have to be a lot. before you put the main reinforcement on 4-5 layers of 450 will be good but watch for exotherm if you are not...

I use 3m tape,it has good bonding strength and is alot easier to remove the part than PU.
