SRB Power do +45mm for around £200. Haven't seen anything bigger than that myself tbh but someone out there might do something. Maybe give kinzuru kits a shout on Fb, pretty sure they do good custom...

I Dont think its actually touching the brake disc though, this is how it sits looking from inside the wheel, it doesn't look to be clearing the tapered bit of the wheels hole......

No not had the chance yet, will be doing it at some point today. Also with grinding down the nut and making it shallower won't this cause it to have even less contact with the wheel itself? Leaves...

Ok thanks! Right this may seem a little unorthodox but I'm clutching at straws right now trying to figure this out. If the holes in the wheels are too big could the space be made up using wobble...

Yeah I think this could also be possble. Either way I've come to believe the problem is with the wheel studs/holes/nuts not all matching up properly. Not too sure where to go from here now though....

just looking up on this, could this essentially be whats happening? Lug nut not fully contacting the wheel, and so causing vibration?
