We looked at the log on the ECU and discovered that the water temp spiked when giving it a boot full, conclusion was a dodgy earth causing the ECU to go into safe mode.
I have now re earthed the...

Yes the tyres are a bit old but we had a problem doing a static burnout so we weren't unable to warm them up properly.
Something was telling the ECU there...
Ok... We finally made it to an airfield..
it was a Straightliners event at Smeatharpe airfield.
After a 5yr build and not driving her we knew we wouldn't put in any impressive times first time...
Went to bolt the ECU back in...( had a few little goodies unlocked )

TBH there was so much damage it was impossible to trace it to any one failure.
We think it dropped a valve and started a chain reaction of carnage.
