How do you set the distributor timing on an n/a rb20. It was off to change the pas pump but i can't see any marks on the top pulley ect to line anything up :confused:

That's just to warm up. I was told to stay at 120bpm.
After that i have 25mins on the treadmill and r bike at 160bpm.
My problem is keeping it below 160bpm, even taking it easy it's about...
I don't drink or smoke so that has helped. I actually love going to the gym, i can't wait until morning so i can go again. Just feel good after a workout.

what's the chances of frozen water cracking the block? Water in the rad is frozen solid. Didn't get a chance to put in coolant before it frooze.

If you have more then one gun then a larger nozzle for primer, smaller nozzle for finishing. I only do it as a hobby for myself though.

I wanted to get a gravity feed gun, but most hvlp guns say suitable for use with waterbase paint. Is that just because the tip won't rust and can also be used with solvent based paint :confused:
