Hi guys, haven't posted in a while!
I've been going by just locking the car with the key for the past couple years. I was having problems with the alarm not disengaging, meaning opening the car...
As above really. Looking to get a new wheel for the car at some point & after a snap-off as will make me a bit more comfortable as it's left on the street over-night. Plus mad scene points.
What...
Guys, It's all about the rusty uk spec 14a's with rotas. Jeez.
Yep, it's Fletty that has it. Bottom end went so he's in the midst of fitting a new engine. Away on holiday at the moment so not sure if he'll see this.
He's been after an S15 for years, can't...
The skirts are pretty easy to remove, screws in the end caps and bolts on either end of the skirt iirc then trim 'poppers' along it (May break, you can get new ones easily but just FYI).
I rate asking an odd question, but does anyone know the dimensions or just width of the glass section of the headlights?
Cheers :D
I was thinking about this as I'm not making it to the weekend but I set off on the 21st (My birthday, too!) to Spa for the F1 then on to the nurburgring.
I'll get along to one, one day...
Thank you! My cars meant to be getting MOT'd tomorrow, need that & indicators wired in (Going to scrappy for them after work!)
Also hopefully getting tyres fitted tonight. What a fkin nightmare.
Carrier, that attaches carrier to caliper.
Right, my car has managed to wobble one out over time, lower bolt holding on rear left caliper.
Does any of the gurus on here happen to know the size. Can't measure it as I'm at work and don't...
Whilst I'm trying to find decent priced ones online, does anyone have any bolt on spacers I could buy/borrow until payday?
Cheers :)
As above, anyone local got a set of standard alloys kicking about for sells?
Got the bit's off Jonny last night, cheers dude! Do you know what the indicators are off of? possibly zenki ones made to fit?
Yeah not too bad dude, living the rusty dream... and you?
I believe Jonny is heading out to see you soon (or am I imagining that?)
Shall sort something out though. Is the spoiler-less bootlid...
Could take the skirts and front bumper off you after payday (friday)? Is there end plates on the skirts? and is the bumper in good condition?
Hi there, sent an email yesterday but noticed you've posted here (I Can't get to a phone at the moment).
I ordered some brake pads and a rebuild kit on the 6th and wondering whether there's any...
Mine does that, can be a conversation starter in the car lol. Planning on doing mine shortly. Been doing it since the journey back from buying it, as above it's meant to just be a job of re-soldering...
I thought you did well Martin! Cheers again for the passenger session :) better than I could do certainly and I've never heard someone having so much fun whilst I was pooping myself :D
Dori's car :( great day, few offs and someone won a nice BMW (I didn't win, not fair!) and whoever has the black S15 that parked beside me, sorry I didn't say hi! (Red 14a with white/dusty rotas)
Think I'll be heading down on Sunday as getting exhaust/turbo gaskets changed so it doesn't sound like a John Deer.
I now use the key to lock the car, not ideal but about 3-4 times i've been stranded unable to unlock the car/alarm going off and unable to stop it...
Makes finding myself shiny exhaust bits for my own present harder :D
The happy birthday message messes up the formatting of the forum and makes it a bit derpy!
Nice though :D
It's bloody confusing, lower offset means it goes out further, IIRC you want ET20ish on a S-body to clear suspension parts (Obviously varies between coilies etc)
I could be talking out my arse!...
I've got 8.5's on the front and 9.5's on the back of mine, with 225 tyres and Nismo shocks, no spacers. Sits nicely.
both ET35 I think.
