Just get halfords to do it, a lot easier.
I had my Gizmzmo off for 2 years. Memory saved all settings.
If you have HID's then you will have ballasts. If the ballast has broken then you need to replace that, not the bulb.
A BBQ in November? You're keen!
Anywhere that has decent food and drink is probably a winner. And somewhere to park, maybe for free. Both those spots tick the box but maybe Poole gives anyone a...
Nissan. Didn't try getting it anywhere else.
Do it up till it strips then back it off 1/4 of a turn...sounds like you'e mastered that one though ;)

Take the bulb out - that should sort the lighting up problem.
Can I join in? My bathroom is being slowly taken apart. No idea what is going in there but stripping it out as it's terrible anyways. Untiled plaster looks better than the old tiles :P

Be worth checking some settings on the boost controller. Don't know much about the learning mode but maybe someone...
Check for boost leaks - always good to make sure it's nothing simple, but if you can swap some coil packs over with someone local that would rule them out. Cleaning the MAF is always worth a check...
They look like (badly fitting) ebay ones. There are some sellers who sell good ones, you're best checking the pics before buying...or make them fit!
This is old info (as in I did it a long time ago and it's probably not relevant) but you can hook up the nistue software to HD daughter boards and read but not write to them.
The diagnosis/other...
No idea what you should get from reading at the coils there. Probably not this, but has it got an immobiliser?
Depends how much work you're going to get done by garage, but a drive in drive out rebuild on a stock engine was £2500 so add on the price of whatever bits you are putting in and you should be about...
Suedey cleaner stuff should be OK...I need to do mine actually. Thanks for reminding me :D
